创办于2007年12月，公司位于山东济南钢城高新技术开发区，是一家专门从事挠性覆铜箔板（FCCL）、导电胶、ITO膜等电子材料研发、生产、销售的高新技术企业。
公司占地总面积260亩，建有国际先进的挠性覆铜板流水生产线8条，无胶压合线4条，真空溅射法生产线6条，同时具备三种工艺方式（涂布、层压、溅射）生产产品的企业，目前公司可批量向市场供应有胶单、双面挠性覆铜板800万平米、无胶挠性覆铜板（2L-FCCL）200万平米，导电胶8万平米，产品被广泛用于高档智能手机、汽车、通讯设备-手机、航空航天、计算机、可穿戴织物,医疗器械以及其他高档电子产品中。
