The ISO/TS16949:2009 version is based on the ISO9001:2008 standard, according to the characteristics of the automobile industry, combined with the advanced concepts and methods of modern enterprise management, and is an international technical specification for the automobile industry formulated by the IATF. ISO/TS16949 highlights advanced concepts such as "customer-centric", "focus on defect prevention", "reduce variation and waste", and "continuous improvement", apply advanced quality analysis tools in the automotive industry, and introduce system audit, process audit, Scientific methods such as product audits put forward very high requirements on R&D, suppliers, and on-site management.
